Step 2: Once you get both the Armor shop window and the lady talking press "A" a few times until the lady stops talking. At the Armor shop, get the message, "Not Enough Meseta." Now move right a little bit and press "A"... the Item shop window should come up. If it doesn't, try again.

Step 3: After the window is open, press "A", "A", "B", "B", "A". You should now have the item shop window up while walking around.

Step 4: Go the the bank with the item shop window open (See step 1-3). Make sure that the shop window DOES NOT say "Not enough Meseta" then press "A" to start talking to the bank lady. Press "A", go down to Item (Deposit Window Box), then press "A", "A", "B", "B", "A", "B". You should now be able to walk around with a window that says Deposit/Take.
