As human beings
we sometimes forget to extend a hand to someone who is in
trouble or down on their luck.
But as parents,disabled or not, we all have inherent rights and
so do the homeless persons, too. Equal rights under the law.I am
of both worlds, so I am hopeful to assist you in your time of
need and perhaps you can do the same for me some day.

Life is so fragile we must live each and every moment
to its
fullest,for we are not promised one moment on this earth.
We are all here on this earth for some greater design which we
might not ever realize or understand.I believe that in each of
us there is a spirit that is good and evil,perhaps the spirit
of evil takes us over more than need be at times,after all we
are only human!
But I also believe that we are all Captains of our ship and
Masters of our souls.
Freedom, brothers and sisters; life was given to us. Let's not
waste what we have got and never, ever turn your back on
someone in a crisis!
Remember there but for the grace of GOD go I.
If it's worth fighting for it's worth going to jail for.
As with anything in life
if you want something bad enough you will work,sweat,and if your
beliefs are strong enough you will stand up and go to jail if
need be.
I have found that life is not a bowl of cherries and I am
trying to do something to improve my lot and others if I can.
You may not always agree with me but remember this is what
makes the world a better place. Constructive input is good and
I am not so big I can't say I am sorry or that I was wrong.But
its my right to learn and to grow in that respect;I would never
force someone to believe what I believe. I only hope there are
others who are with me on my quest for a solution to our
problems as a nation. And as parents, too, we must never ever
bias our children's minds with our own hates and fears. They
will soon enough have their own!

I am into life,respecting other's rights,
and attempting to help the
disadvantaged, and displaced souls of our land.
Currently I am attempting to
put togather a plan to put forth to the next president of our
country. A committee of the homeless for the homeless,to submit
proposals to congress and our next President a means to solve
this 2,000 year old problem.

Attorney Stanley Robinson of Franklin, NH filed an
Equity Custody Hearing
paperwork for Bruce Young with Merrimack Country
Superior Court stating
quite erroneously that Linda Morgan was the victim of
"cerebral palsy" and
incapable of caring for my daughter on a full time
basis. The truth of the
matter is that I have hereditary cerebellar ataxia and I
have baby sat since I
was 14 years old.
This paperwork was never delivered to my apartment
at 17 Cottage Street in
Northfield, N.H. Instead it was left at 17 Arch
Street Northfield,N.H. by
Merrimack County Sheriff Nancy Perry. Thus I was
never properly notified to
appear in court,and Bruce Young ended up getting
custody of our daughter
Sherry Marie Young by default granted by Merrimack
County Superior Court
F.D. Good, thus setting up parental rights violations
as this court was not
proper court of jurisdiction.
I had joint legal custody of my daughter along with
the Intervenors Brian Young and Gina Young a uncle
and a aunt,and when I moved from Franklin, N.H. to Northfield,
N.H. in 1994 I was enjoying visits on Tuesdays and Thurdays
evening from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and every other
weekend from Friday to Sunday in my home.
Visitation went pretty well until May of 1995
and that is when we got a new Police Chief Scott Hilliard
and as of June 1995 all my visits were stopped and he
refused to enforce them or help me with my parental rights.
So I in 1995 I asked for the local police Chief Scott
Hilliard to investigate child abuse which was witnessed by two
persons (who swore out complaints to the police!) The
police chief in turn told me to stop harassing the other
persons, because this chief of police went to school
with one Gina "Cross"Young the abuser of this child.
Can you see the problems I ran into here with the
bias against me by the police and the other family
whom have decided that they are the only ones that run
the courts? And can take away a parent's rights to
raise her only child, because four of them conspired
to deprive this handicapped mother from the love that
she and her daughter should have never had to fight
for. This is called an inherent right to parent; check
the laws if you do not believe me!It is in the state
and federal constitutions.
These persons have a few local connections which have
been influencing the DCYF officials. However, it
appears that that will end as all good or bad things
do; I heard that there is a ongoing investigation to
correct the system from within. So I will wait and
file a class action law suit against the state and
others for parental rights violations, and visitation
infringements!
By the way- if you want to know who these persons
are,
their names are Nora Young (paternal grandmother) and
Bruce Young (the natural father) of my only child,
Sherry Marie Young (DOB 5-15-86). Brian (Deceased)&
Gina Young
a an uncle and aunt by marriage who have pretended to
be the
mother and father all these years, but in reality
planned and
kidnapped her from my home in August of 1986.
I called the chief (Scott Hilliard) of police and he
threatened me with arrest- which showed where he was
coming from and that he was biased against persons
with disabilities, because he knew of illegal
goings-on and did nothing to protect this mother's
daughter from abuse emotionally or physically.
So, as any good parent would do, I called DCYF and
spoke with Ms. Glenna Law glaw@dhhs.state.nh.us
(intake supervisor of the child abuse division)
telling her
the whole story of abuses.
I kept in touch for over two years; updating the
division on broken windows and traffic coming and
going in the other parties' house of ill repute, but
to no avail. However, I did find
out and have it on tape that the police called DCYF
James Anderson and quashed the child abuse
investigation. This I feel is "obstruction of
justice" and "child endangerment". This can be proved
because Ms. Law let the cat out of the bag by saying
that DCYF's Attorney (James Anderson) had told her
"hands off" this case because the police chief had
requested or told him that this was a custody case and
that I was a liar!The problem is Chief Scott Hilliard
tampered with me a witness to a crime of assault on a
minor
child and for this he needs to be brought to justice
one way
or another,since he was asked to come look at my
paperwork
that proved that Gina "Cross" young and others
conspired
to deprive me permanently of my infant daughter in
1986,as
I have her sworn deposition to prove this. Plus Nora
Young
called Dr. James Pilliod and tried to make it appear
as
though I was losing my daughter to the state when in
fact
the state was never involved as DCYF lawyerJames
Anderson
stated in court under oath!
I have to wonder why no one has been arrested, as the
other party has run a house of ill repute(drug sales)
and have done so for about 20 years. It's common
knowledge- ask anyone about their dealings and they
can tell you! Also their Attorney, Suzanne Rock, has
been totally deceitful to court in regards to me.
She also must be aware that, under new
guardianship law, her clients should be ineligible to
be
guardians as they have criminal arrest records on
drugs and other things!
I was even arrested on trumped-up, baseless charges.
This was done in a vengeful and vindictive manner by
Chief Scott Hilliard in an attempt to silence my
requests for a thorough investigation to be done on
the police. And DCYF's James Anderson,in turn,
dismissed the complaints because of his closeness to
Chief Scott Hilliard..Oh the charges were dismissed I
was found not guilty and my record was expunged but
Chief Scott Hilliard refused to give me my pictures
and
finger prints back.

premise that it would be a information and sounding board,to
find a place to sleep or find a meal.
We must in
all reality find or vote for our own governor because the present
politicians have no compassion or sympathy towards the displaced
and disabled unless it is politically correct for their
re-election.

We have reformed "The New Hampshire Coalition To End
Homelessness" to end homelessness in our life time.
How long do our politicians think a homeless or disabled person
can survive with out food or shelter ?
How long could one of the politicians?
We think that in all due respect some one must be a second
conscience to some of the politicians because theirs are almost
void.
My point is here that the rules need to be changed so that
when there is funds available for poor and needy disabled then
we have to have a way to access them!!
